OnTracka Patient Data and evidence collection

 

Upon a patient's enrolment in The First Responder Treatment Program, efforts are made to incorporate them into our remote monitoring software, acknowledging that this may not always be feasible due to the complex challenges that some of our participants experience.

The advantages of integrating our Study and OnTracka's software into patient care are multifaceted. The platform's approval by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) in 2022 to commercialise its status as a government-funded clinical trial and real-world data company underscores its credibility and reliability.

First Response Medical and OnTracka are working to bring new technology to the Program that will continue to build on the support and data collection for patients under the Program.

​

OnTracka's collaboration with The First Responder Program is evidence of its commitment to provide patient-centred care and the safe prescribing of medicines that are under the exclusive treatment of First Response Medical and the First Responder Program.

The OnTracka Patient Report serves as an indispensable resource for evaluating the patient's response and the affects of their treatment plan at key stages identified within the 5 stage treatment plan.

​

Contained within the report is a comprehensive understanding of the patient's progress to facilitate informed decisions regarding ongoing treatment and support. The provision of custom reports for all participating patients in The First Responder Program is available upon request. (Assessment tools, patient selected symptom indication scales, medication use etc. The collection of information continues to expand as more assessment tools become available. (Data input is based on the individuals ability and other factors).

 

Given the importance of providing reliable and independent evidence, the First Responder Study and the OnTracka Patient Report,  represents a justified and strategic approach to substantiating the efficacy of the treatment. (fees apply).
